Do not copy a form word-for-word. You have received a strike for this, as just taking another user's form and not even editing their own words with your own out is not alright.
If you wanted a custom, you could have filled out the form that is already available on the customs post. You would have also seen that you missed the reference part. ^^;

If you have just traded for them then they probably won't be up in a day or so unless Reptile is free (uncommon).

This might be counted as spam, but I don't think I ever saw who got to be a new artist! If Reptile did announce it, anyways.

Sorry for not keeping up with anything recently! I've been really busy with my classes, and I've been sorting out a way for the artist decision. I will most likely be making a list of select applicants and have them colour in a single Meio [lineart edits are allowed] under a special theme. As that's still a bit of a work in progress, I have not put up a list yet.
