Even if you didn't win a spot, you still gained artistic experience, so don't think of it as a loss or a waste of time. Also, congratulate the winners; good sportsmanship! [if one of the winners does not PM me, then I'll have to pick another artist after all! That means another spot will open up, and I cannot pick someone who complains about not winning. ;] ]
