Neon Heart

This is the filly I made named Neon Heart. I was debating if she should wear sockies but I chose no . :3 She is all about things that glow. She has:
-A neon nose piercing
-A neon lip piercing
-Two neon earrings on her left ear
-Five neon bracelets
She is rather shy but loves to express herself through her eyes and accessories.
I will take suggestions into consideration. :3
