Goennec Pen #: 4
Name: Victoria (Vic)
How would you use him/her: Vic would be a nice, fresh dose of estrogen in my testosterone-choked herd. She, like the others, will be used in the RP, as well as storylines and art. She will be an adoptive daughter for Cassiopoeia and Hatter in their new herd, after she abandons her own shortly after the war. She will be the “life” of the group, being completely optimistic and spunky in spite of whatever troubles that are thrown at her.
Define your Goennec: A short life of pain has created this. A rebel. A punk. A saint. A young ewe that has never been afraid the speak her mind, that has no qualms with talking back, lashing her tongue just as hard and fast as she lashes her hooves, the latter only when necessary. She believes in a revolution, a changing of the Old Ways, and a complete overhaul of Lazuli’s brother’s beliefs. She dreams of a riot, refusing to bow down in the face of her downtrodden, stepped-on past. No longer, she claims, will she be shoved aside by a power-hungry old ram that has a mind only for himself. No longer will she have to endure the failures of her parents being placed upon her shoulders, no; She is her own Goennec, as far as she is concerned, and she would love to raise hell just to show that. Despite her attitude, she has well intentions; no deaths are on her agenda, just good, wild fun.
Often, she runs out and “borrows” her adoptive father’s bow tie, then runs out, playing pranks and causing general mayhem, forgetting her past for a moment as she plots how to have the best time
ever. As Cassiopoeia has her kid with Hatter, she’s preparing to either have a partner-in-crime or a constant victim of her more harmless pranks. Either way, she won’t let the baby’s life be dull.
Vic’s life dream is to raise hell and be a general pain in the neck until it is time for the ‘revolution’ she so dreams of. She wishes to escape the stigma of her birth parents’ failures as soldiers- the events of which she has no knowledge of, but is expected to know- and be a disaster in and of herself. And, most of all and like most kids, she wants to have fun, be loud, and be proud.
She does not notice that she is blind in one eye and partially deaf in the opposite ear. She has been partially blind since birth, and so has never minded the disability. And as for her deafness… she is far too busy running around, screaming and being a wild, mischievous “punk”, and attributes the difference in volume to her own actions. As for her diminutive size… it merely serves to make her more rebellious.

She is the embodiment of these
two songs. She is “Victor” in Red to Black, suffering through pain and misfortune in her youth. She is very much a “rebel girl” as she grows.
