< Story > Thousand Cherry Blossoms was born into a family of plant lovers. So much, that they named their daughter that. She calls herself Poppy, as that is her parent's nickname for her. Some people also call her Blossom. Everyone used to make fun of her, though no one ever new how beautiful her name really was. They never took it into perspective. As her parents described it, her name simply portrays a lush, green field, with a single ever-blooming cherry blossom tree. The wind softly blows, the cherry blossoms floating away, as light as a feather. Poppy never understood what her nickname had to do with her real name, but they explained that also. Poppy's were red, and it was their favorite flower, although they desperately wanted to name her Thousand Cherry Blossoms. They compromised this way. Poppy simply couldn't handle the pressure anymore, and needed to get away from the bullying and stress. She gave herself a completely makeover, going from a pink and brown Chibbu, with red/pink speckles, to a stunning shade of green/yellow, and pinks. Reminding herself of a Blackberry, she named herself Pinkberry. (Lawl) People called her Pink, or Berry, she went by both. She became popular. She found friends, she was finally happy. Her parents felt guilty of causing this, so they allowed her to pursue with her makeover.
Her name is now Pinkberry, and Pinkie and very happy with her new life.
However, in A drastic change, she was kidnapped walking down the street one night, and it was soon reported to the police. The kidnapper dropped her off in a new, far away land, while he fled away from the cops. She was stuck alone, without food, and cold. The pound workers were on their daily trips and picked her up in a freezing woods, she was almost starved to death.
< Personality > insecure, happy, super sweet, joyful when around people she loves, tries to stand up for everyone, hates being bullied, believes she can make a difference if she stands up for what she believes in, just wants to fit in. BUT, she is hiding all of that in. She has forced herself to be stuck inside a nutshell. She feels alone, and doesn't share much anymore. All of her personality is trapped, as once she was lost, she could only focus on surviving, which has deeply affected her, and she is having trouble recovering.
< Quirks [what they collect, do, habits, etc ] > Pinkberry is a fashionista, she can't leave the house without looking "über perf" and feeling 110% confident. Fashion is very important to her, as it expresses who she is, and gives her self esteem, no matter what her name is.
She collects accessories and shoes, because noting is worse than wearing an adorable outfit and not having cute wedges and accessories to back it up and make it perfect.
She is very habitual in the morning. Shower, get ready, accessorize, do makeup, go to school, hang out.
Pinkberry also has a shopping habit, absolutely loves it. She needs a bigger allowance, because that means bigger shopping budget!!
Although, she is still seen shivering from time to time, as the terrifying days of being alone, cold and starving still haunt her day to day.
