History/Background/Other:
For as long as Destiny could remember, loneliness had been a part of her life. Her father had been killed in a great battle, just days after her birth. Her mother had died shortly after, unable to bear life without her partner. Destiny had been raised by her aunt for the first few weeks, but she was such hard work that her uncle had forced his mate to abandon her.
Now, 5 month later, the young wolf wanders along a vacant beach, her tears mixing with the light rain. Why does life have to be so complicated she thought bitterly. As she paused and looked up towards the overcast sky, she pondered her name. Destiny. As her mother died, she had whispered it into her puppy's ear. Destiny shook her head, and water sprayed everywhere. I wonder what my destiny is she thought, staring out across the ocean. She turned as a whimpering noise came from a tumbledown shack. She trotted over to it, and cautiously stuck her nose through the door. A tiny puppy gazed up at her, clearly frightened. Destiny resisted the urge to squeal in happiness. She gently picked up the puppy, and it stopped crying. This is my destiny she thought as she held the pup.

I have a question. if the creator of the donation does not accept your request to adopt the pet, does that mean you must delete the current form you have already create,d but not yet posted? or can I keep it and maybe switch it around a bit for later use?

That sounds fine. It is your writing so technically it's copywrite to you. Though if the form was rejected you'll definitely have to add to it.
