There are 2 Faerres with this reference, first let me address the base,
Think of these 2 as two half's of the same whole, this is a bit of a Ying/yan thing just put into the Faerre world.
They are both half black half white, down the middle of their bodies. One's right half is black and its left is white, wile the other's right half is white and the left is black.

`The one whos black half is on the left has blue eyes, the other has red
` Their markings can be biased off of Okami's, or any sort of Japanese tribal, I'd like their markings to be smiler ( since they are twins)
` I'd like them to look very japaneseish, so whatever ou can to to make that happen do it


Lineart you want?: Though I Seriously want a mage, the effect of these two will only be achieved if they are both the same, so I'd like a commoner line art for both.
Extra? If at all possible, could you draw something that is reminiscent to Okami's disk that she has on her back for them? It's not really needed but i think I'd add a nice little mystic touch to them :B

Could you add the ankle bracelet, and don't add the music note on her tail. Um the jewels under the eyes as well you can add, but if you think it looks to cluttered don't worry about it. I'm trying to picture a black hood-less hoodie kind of like that added onto her. Maybe with slightly shorter sleeves? No necklace either on her because then I think that's too much xD If the hoodie doesn't look good its alright Taiyo, thanks!
