After the two next batches on the waiting list, there might be another waiting list. The waiting list doesn't hold all of the not-done-yet tickets. ^^

I'm just going to explain it now so we can stop talking about it here.
After the current nursery tickets are done, the system will be changing.

The people will NOT be allowed to post tickets randomly! Each artist will have their individual amount of slots that they will agree to do. They will post something like, 'My slots are open' and people will post nursery ticket forms. It will be first come first serve. The artist will do the tickets on their own accord. If you post a ticket when an artist is not open, or mope about not getting a slot, you'll be given a warning. The posts on here and the JBD adopt thread are for this purpose.

What if two people open slots at the same time ot back to back? Does that mean the tickets from the person wo opened first will carry over to the next one? Or does it reset after they post open and we just have to put to whom we prefer if two are open at once?

We will handle that when the time comes. For now, there is a rare chance of that happening.
