Sparrow
so far both males are doing good caring for their fry. the halfmoon fry look to be a tad older than the delta tail fry. i wasnt home when they hatched, but im assuming they are around 12 hours apart or so. there are far more in the delta spawn, and im a bit concerned about the halfmoons, since i watched the pair spawn and there were a lot of eggs, but i dont see as many fry as i thought i would, but then, the water is pretty dark and the lighting in my room is awful. i may do a partial water change tomorrow. he did very well with his first spawn, but im hoping this time around he didnt decide to eat them. i might remove him earlier than i used to, just in case. the fry will be about 3 days old which is right around when they start free swimming anyways.
as for where they will go when they are ready? i plan to keep some, the others i will sell to my local fish store. they take excellent care of their betta and make sure they go to good homes (they always ask a lot of questions to make sure they know how to care for them properly). i just updated my site a little. there is only a page for the delta tail until i can get a better picture of the half moon fry.
as for your bettas, they are pretty, i love your second crowntail =) double double ray =D
