Welcome to the Sugar Seed Dragon adoption center. This is where you can adopt your own Sugar Seed Dragons. You can just call them SSD's, it's much shorter and much easier the full name. Please continue reading for rules and other important stuff.


What is an SSD?
Sugar Seed Dragons are wolf sized creatures with fairly small angelic wings. Their fur is as soft as a rabbits pelt [really soft] And is pretty short. They have bushy manes which is mostly long soft fur around their necks. They have narrow snouts and teeth as sharp as a snakes, though they usually have no need to use them other than to catch their prey [mostly rabbits and the occasional squirrel]. Their eyes are kind and large and shaped like sunflower seeds, which is part of the reason they got their names, that and seeds are their favorite dessert. These dragons have long bushy tails and short rounded ears. They do have an exceptional sense of smell, hearing, and sight. They put on a strange show when trying to find a mate, the male will do a sort of dance, using his wings, tail, and of course his paws. Their hind legs are extremely strong and are used in combat along with their teeth and claws, of course their back legs make them amazing jumpers. Color-wise these beasts can be all kinds colors except neon and eye-burning colors.


Can they have powers? And what are their sizes?
Yes, they can, their eyes and or wings can usually reflect their powers and usually their personality as well. When you try out for a dragon you can choose it's power, though it's power cant be 'death' or 'indestructible'. Powers are usually nature based.

General Adoption Rules
1. Be nice, and please don't mini mod unless you actually ARE a mod
2. I hate it when people kiss up to an artist to try and win a dragon, it's annoying.
3. Please don't whine if you don't win
4. Use your common sense
5. Pleas do not spam, don't have a totally unrelated conversation in the middle of this thread
6. You can adopt up to 6 SSD's and two babies unless I say otherwise
7. Please don't post asking to be an artist, I'll most likely hold a competition for that
8. You can get 2 customs total not in the same round


Rules for Artists
1. Ask before you make something huge like a mutation or something
2. Get to know the species
3. You can make 1 or maybe 2 a day unless your asked for a custom
4. Try to number them correctly
5. You can make up to 2 pre-mades for yourself and adopt the others until you reach your limit
6. Please remember to put up an adoption form


Guest artists
1. You must be accepted my me
2. You can be a guest artist for two weeks
3. You can make one for yourself and three adoptable pre-mades in that period



Now that that's over, how do I adopt?
It's simple actually, click the dragon you'd be interested in adopting, and read what the artist has typed. After you've done this fill out the form the artist created for you and post it. There is no guarantee you will win that specific SSD, but your chances will improve if you fill out the form thoughtfully!
