a play off the name "Dante" but also means "to intimidate"

Daunt is a demon, and thus has more "bad" and "difficult" qualities than good.
Often seen with a smirk or sneer, Daunt enjoys playing with those he believes are below him as though they were toys.
Even when not treating another as his toy, he has a playful, almost condescending attitude.
He is smart and cunning, using his tail as both a weapon and a valuable tool to manipulate objects around him.
On the lazy side, Daunt is known to lounge about and not do anything that doesn't interest or benefit him.
On the contrary, he can quickly become bored and actively seek out new entertainment or travel somewhere interesting.
It is difficult to make him truly aggressive or angry, but he's merciless once something gets him going.
