Why do you want this Goennec?
I love spiders! My Great Aunt has a tarantula, and I'm not kidding, but I think she's just the sweetest thing ever. I kept coming back here, looking at all of them. I told myself I wasn't going to get one, but Spindle just keep showing up, and I just fell in love. I've never really seen a spider Halloween adoptable, and I just have to have her. I absolutely adore spiders, and my mom calls me the 'web hugger' because when we find a spider in our house, I usually let it stay {in the winter}, or in the summer I pick it up (yes, in my hand) and then I go stick it by our shed, in a nice place for it to make its nest. I would absolutely hate myself if I don't try for this beautiful fellow.
How would you use this character?
I would use the Goey for many reasons. One of them being art, such as poems, stories, simple doodles, or nice drawings. I would also use this Goey for practice, she seems like she would be a challenge to draw, with all 8 of her legs, and the two eyes {Because I tend to make my eyes to big, so it would be practice to make them in decent sizes} She defiantly be used to put into a mythical story I am writing, and she would make a great and unique character in it! She would be used in my character form, to just stand there and look scary beautiful.
Define your Goennec:
Spindle lives in the world of ideas and strategic planning. She values intelligence, knowledge, and competence, and typically have high standards in these regards, which she continuously strives to fulfill. To a somewhat lesser extent, she has similar expectations of others.
With Introverted Intuition dominating his personality, Spindle focuses his energy on observing the world, and generating ideas and possibilities. His mind constantly gathers information and makes associations about it. She is tremendously insightful and usually is very quick to understand new ideas. However, his primary interest is not understanding a concept, but rather applying that concept in a useful way. Unlike the some, she does not follow any idea as far as she possibly can, seeking only to understand it fully. Spindle is driven to come to conclusions about ideas. His need for closure and organization usually requires that she takes some action.
Spindles tremendous value and need for systems and organization, combined with his natural insightfulness, makes her a excellent 'scientist'. Spindle gives a gift to society by putting his ideas into a useful form for others to follow {If they would just allow her in :c}. It is not easy for her to express his internal images, insights, and abstractions. The internal form of his thoughts and concepts is highly individualized, and is not readily translatable into a form that others will understand. However, she is driven to translate his ideas into a plan or system that is usually readily explainable, rather than to do a direct translation of his thoughts. She usually doesn't see the value of a direct transaction, and will also have difficulty expressing his ideas, which are non-linear. However, his extreme respect of knowledge and intelligence will motivate her to explain themselves to another person who she feels is deserving of the effort. {Just someone who actually accepts her}
Spindle is a natural leader, although she chooses to remain in the background until she sees a real need to take over the lead. When she is in leadership role, she is quite effective, because she is able to objectively see the reality of a situation, and is adaptable enough to change things which aren't working well. {And because no one can take there eyes of of her} She is the supreme strategists - always scanning available ideas and concepts and weighing them against his current strategy, to plan for every conceivable contingency.
Spindle spends a lot of time inside his own mind, and may have little interest in the other Goey's thoughts or feelings. She has problems giving other people the level of intimacy that is needed. She sometimes has a tendency to ignore details which are necessary for implementing his ideas.
Spindle's interest in dealing with the world is to make decisions, express judgments, and put everything that she encounters into an understandable and rational system. Consequently, she is quick to express judgments. Often she has very evolved intuitions, and is convinced that she is right about things. Unless she complements his intuitive understanding with a well-developed ability to express his insights, she may find herself frequently misunderstood. In these cases, she tends to blame misunderstandings on the limitations of the other party, rather than on his own difficulty in expressing herself. This tendency may cause her to dismiss others input too quickly, and to become generally arrogant and elitist.
Spindle is ambitious, self-confident, deliberate, long-range thinker. She dislike messiness and inefficiency, and anything that is muddled or unclear. She values clarity and efficiency,and will put enormous amounts of energy and time into consolidating his insights into structured patterns.
Other Goey's may have a difficult time understanding Spindle. They may see her as aloof and reserved. Indeed, she is not overly demonstrative of their affections, and is likely to not give as much praise or positive support as others may need or desire. That doesn't mean that she doesn't truly have affection or regard for others, she simply does not typically feel the need to express it. Others may falsely perceive her as being rigid and set in his ways. Nothing could be further from the truth, because she is committed to always finding the objective best strategy to implement his ideas. She is usually quite open to hearing an alternative way of doing something.
When under a great deal of stress, Spindle may become obsessed with mindless repetitive, Sensate activities, such as over-drinking. She may also tend to become absorbed with minutia and details that she would not normally consider important to their overall goal.
Spindle needs to remember to express herself sufficiently, so as to avoid difficulties with Goey's misunderstandings. In the absence of properly developing his communication abilities, she may become abrupt and short with Goennec's, and isolationists.
Spindle has a tremendous amount of ability to accomplish great things. She has insight into the Big Picture, and is driven to synthesize his concepts into solid plans of action. His reasoning skills gives them the means to accomplish that. She is most always highly competent. She has the capability to make great strides in these arenas. On a personal level, she practices tolerances and puts effort into effectively communicating his insights to others has everything in his power to lead a rich and rewarding life. {If she just wasn't different D:}
Over all, she is just like a spider, tending to stay alone and calculate all of his decisions before she strikes. No no one seems to like her, and wouldn't second guess stepping on her.
What spider she originates from/ancestor spider!
This is pretty much where she lives, and spends most of her time. And yes, she does use it to catch food {Bugs}
