A: Yes. Kiras are free. But for custom Kiras and other items in TRADING POST:. cost EC (element coin).
Q: How can I earn ECs?

Q: if I want a commission from a certain artist, who do I pay?
A: You pay directly to the artist, does not need to change into ECs.
