I have a question:
If a form for something doesn't specifically say art is allowed, are you still allowed to make art, and will it help or disqualify you?

No one can answer this. Ask the artist if it's allowed; they make the forms and judge them, it's up to them.

Also, please let the mods answer. We are JBD mods for a reason.

Best thing to do would be to ask the artist. Some don't like extras being added, others are okay with it. ^^

Question: It says on the front page there that you're not allowed to revamp your dragon without the artists permission. So if somebody wanted to add something or whatever to their dragon's design, they'd simply have to ask the designer? Also, what are the rules of revamping? [Obviously no rare colours and things like that...]

Accessories are fine, but we mean like changing the dragon's type [short tailed to long furred, etc.] or adding drastically new colours. We've just had some weird issues with it in the past. It would be on a case to case basis.
