As we said many times, we can't use the new lines because Hiccup disappeared and hasn't added the artists.

If a form for something doesn't specifically say art is allowed, are you still allowed to make art, and will it help or disqualify you?

I would ask. If it is a set form and it doesn't say anything about extras, I wouldn't.
