.how do i make my things shine?
1. To get the BBCode for your drawing, do this (you can use this for any image):
To post an image, right click on the desired picture, choose "copy image location/address/url" or if you're using Internet Explorer, go to properties and copy the url from there. Then paste and put [img]and[/img]-tags around it. C:

- Code: Select all

2. To label your layers, doubleclick on them, and a box for writing should appear. ^^
3. If you want to improve on your art, you just need to practise a lot and keep on drawing - you might feel like you're not making progress, but the more you draw, the better you get at it, and I'm sure you'll see a difference even in a few months. ^^ There's no tricks to becoming a "good" artist (it's very subjective), just draw a lot, and even if it sounds boring or annoying, be at least sometimes open to criticism - that way others can tell you what you need to pay more attention to. c: You can also search for tutorials on different things on sites like
Deviantart. If you need people to ask for tips and crits, you might like
Artist Army - be sure to read the thread's rules though and comment on the art pieces of others as well. ^^
4. I don't think there's one answer to this, but you just add lighter color on the parts you want to shine more. You can also try using soft brush and lower the opacity or make a whole new layer for the shine, so that you can try different blending modes for the layer and play with the opacity settings. c:
