I don't know much music having to do with steampunk... but creepy, deffinatlyXD I like the songs Alice of Human Sacrifice, Circus Monster, Circle You, and Karakuri Burst... (all vocoloid songsXD)
Background: If you go with more steampunk then creepy, some simple gear-things could be cool... but whatever you think goes well with the design!
Extra bits: I really, really love top hats and goggles/monacles... I also love the tounge on the premade "Ain't I a Scream?" but since you've already used that...
