Only ones with "= 1 free pass if on this list" can have a free pass used on the pet. ^.^

Theres only 3 raffle pets that you cant use a free pass on the Little Devil Baby Kitsune, candy bat rattum, and Ghastly Big Cat.

But you can use your free pass on the other pets if you want.

I'm fairly sure this holds true unless someone is just a Halloween/scary stuff fanatic and then it's sort of up in the air how long they can hold out. xD

These are the final pets for the actual Halloween even though.

gailagj you're technically on the list, just not actually there (if that makes sense, lol, since I PM'd about it), so yes you can enter for any and all 1 free pass pets you like. Just fill out the form and post it so I will know for sure!

technically neither, only big cats at the moment.
The first one was a typo on my part, the second on gail's part. >__<
