Alright, I am unable to upload anything currently for some odd reason. I finished both Drizzle's and Raverwolf's customs, but Photobucket and Imageshak both is being stupid with my connection. D:

Animations: a golden glow on the wings like in the reference that then fades before the wings flap slightly like bear.'s Lyze. The eyes start of closed and then open, glowing golden before closing again.


Colours of horns/tail?:
Black with pattern for tail and golden horns.

Luna.... have you ever worked with pixel art? 0-0
I can't speak for Reptile, but that looks like a pretty impossible request to me, just because of how small the Meios are.
Unless of course you don't mind losing almost all the detail on those things.

I agree. I've done pixel art before and small details like those are impossibly hard to make.

It's a nice idea, but just a little too complicated for anyone to execute due to the Meio's size.

I spoke to Repi before posting. If you look, it can be simplified by making the streaks a lot less precise and just going with the basic ideas.
