Could you sorta base it off this guy, but with some orange fire like markings that look like they're swallowing him?

I'd like a custom! If possible, I'd like it to be a growing, and start it around 3 weeks, when it's eyes have just opened. It can be updated every month or so. I'd like it to be a color scheme of purple and black, the purple looking like flames. I'd like a male, and his name would be Faolan (Yeah, I'm obsessed with wolves of the beyond). His eyes are sky blue and turn to a deep green when he's a year old.

Black fur,neon blue leopard markings(only the legs and tailtop),green eyes. An neck with a shining white/blue stone also would be nice.

Can she be a Panda looking dog please? Also, can you add a bandana with stars on it? And maybe kind of give her some sunglasses on the top of her head? (should be simple, just the side view mostly) Give it a spacey theme I suppose. Thanks.
