Name You'd Choose for It: Ember
Gender: Female
Reason You Want It: Her Design seemed to have a changed to it, and I thought she just looked so good... and I always have loved cats, all sorts. And Ember seemed to bring memories of my old five year old drawings... and my little fantasy dreams of being a princess or something. just so much came back to me...
History/Background/Other: So when the avian warriors return from their posts... it will be my turn. Ember sat alone, her ears rang from all the battle cries and long deathly howls. Her left shoulder bled, and her back legs were scared by marks. She had her head tilted up, staring at the setting sun. And suddenly the bushes behind her rustle. "Ember. Your up." He whispered, and disappeared into the bush. Its was Ember's turn. Ember stood. This was only the start.
"So you had Been Chosen to fight?" A Small kitten, Moon, had asked. "Yes, I did." Ember whispered in cracked voice.
"I Was Alone that night, Walking my path. I was walking to the battle grounds. but cries of fights and the splatting sounds of blood seemed to have ended. And before me lay bodies of wounded warriors... and blood from commanders. Ashes fell from the sky as fire crackled by the mounds of dirt. I was struck by terror, and who could have done this? "No..." I whispered. And even the great Warrior who told me I was the one to fight next was on the ground, dead. I swear my eyes welled up, and I ran. My yellow and red Pelt blazed as I streaked the grass with ash stained paws, and I felt as if i was the last on earth. And thats were my story began, little ones."
An even smaller kitten, Purnaq, had pipped up. "Oh! How did you make it, did your friends die too?" he asked, his amber gaze wide with amazement.
"Oh no... Little one. I must continue for you to understand. It was a snowy morning, the day after my discovery. My yellow and blazed red pelt stood out. I had slept in the snow alone, my body was chilled to the bone. I thought my body would crumble like dirt as I stood up. Flakes of snow clung to my pelt, and I felt so alone. But I could feel determination inside of me. And I knew who were I was going."
DAY ONE
"I Slowly crept up on thrush, its small body looking plump and juicy. Snow flakes melted on my pelt, and sudden yowls came from my neck as I landed on the thrush. I got a kill. "This looks so... Plump!" I gasped. But I had to save it for later. I dug in the snow, and I planned to return to it at the end. Birds called out loudly, and I could hear their calls, "I heard Allistar has a great plan to stop the war of avians!" My ears perked up. "Oh really? I thought he was the one planning to keep the war of avians up, or he was going to set sail and go across the lake of Flames." Another bird chanted. "Oh no, He was definitely going to stop the War." The first bird whispered. "He told me that the avians Had migrated to great Thunder Lake. They must have gone there to keep away from more trouble." and the birds voices trailed off. Instantly I trekked off, my heart thudded. I tried to avoid as many objects that jut from the ground, but I seemed careless and I tripped of rocks. So many times... I had been knocked over cold, black seeping into my mind.
I woke to a stiff nose poking me, and slowly I creaked open my eyes. and I say a cat like none others. Its was a deep black with a white dot over its eye, and it stared at me. "W-who..." I started by never finished. "Allistar..." The black Cat whispered. I wished to gasp, but i felt to weak and tired. "You?" Allistar asked. "Ember..." I moaned. I felt so bad not being able to introduce my self to Allistar. Allistar was the legend, but it never dawned on me yet. I was still doped out, and the memory is still a little foggy. "Where... where am I?" I asked, coming to. My body felt numb, and I wearily said, remembering about how grand Allistar is. "Allistar!" I gasped, and I silently stared. Allistar looked so gaunt, and old. Just as if I was to touch his shoulder he would crumble to bits. "What?!" Allistar looked alerted, looking around franticly. I noticed around me I was in mounds of dirt and dead leaves. And above me were huge trees, with birds of all sorts living in them. "ALLISTAR!" a Sudden voice roared, and Allistar whipped around calmly and ran off. I sat up, dazed at Allistars appearance. And I knew I was stuck here Until I understood everything, where I am and what im doing.
"But How come Your here, back home?" Purnaq Whispered with wide eyes that dances with flames. Ember glanced at him. "I am not there yet little Purnaq. Remember I am quite old now. But Not that old!" Ember said. "And I only started, and much more is to come. Moon piped up. "Can we stay up for the night and listen?" She whispered, eyes big. The Older Ember looked a little worn, and it Made Moon and Purnaq a little sad for her. "Alright." Ember said, "I will tell you the rest."
"I had stayed up all night, searching for Allistar. But no sign. the Earth terrace was dirt mostly, but grass came to view. But as soon as I turned to the grass and walked there, I had seen the most biggest trees in my life, and I ran there. Voices came from behind the trees. They sounded like old voices, cracked with age. but their was young voices to, and some were even kitten voices. As I neared the Large trees, the voices became louder and louder, but instantly stopped all together. moments passed, and I stood there frightened. "Who are and what do you want?" A Voice called, deep and muscular. I twitched my ears, my heart thudding. I didnt know What I should do... Run? "Answer!" it boomed again from the darkening trees. "Ember." I said boldly. I wanted to sound fierce, but I heard my voice quaver.
And As if I was in heaven, the most beautiful tabby stepped out, she looked like she had the stars scribed into her blue ice eyes. She had a vibrant ice blue streak over her right eye, almost like a fireball burned into her fur. "I am Adonia." She said, her voice like harmony. "I am Adonia, and I second in command along side Allistar." She repeated. She stood for a moment, when a small silver tabby padded out, her tail slightly up. " I am Willow. Third Command of the group. I am to be your guide." Willow whispered in a soft voice. Willow backed up with Adonia watching, and I slowly and warily followed, my ears pricked. Willow lead me into the darkness from the large trees, and I didnt want to enter. but my mind ignored my thoughts and went ahead. Darkness swallowed me up, but I thought, and i swore i could have felt pelts touch my sides, and whiskers twitching with mine. We came to the end of the darkness, and light poured in. I was in a clearing of so many cats, all with the same burn mark over their right eye, just like Adonia's. And I noticed Willow had one to. Hers was a deep green streaked with lighter green. Willow was beautiful. The cats of the clearing stared at me... I felt so strange. My fur burned with unease as eyes followed me. " Welcome to Arrienda, World of Allistar and Adonia, and daughter Willow." Willow Whispered in my ear.
I , ans5599, understand that by adopting Ember I take full responsibility for Her.
