Yeah, we just bought a big bag each of EVO cat and EVO dog food.
I have a moral question for you guys. Is it ethical to donate poor quality dog/cat food to a shelter even though you know stuff like kibbles and bits is terrible for them? Is it better to donate a bunch of cheap dog food that could feed a lot of dogs but isn't good for them, or only a little good quality dog food that won't feed many dogs? Should you feed only a few well, or feed all poorly?
Also, it turns out that we have some left over kibbles and bits from before we switched to EVO, and while I don't want to waste it and kind of want to donate it to the shelter nearby, I hate the idea of intentionally feeding that to dogs knowing how bad it is for them. At the same time, that's probably what they're eating anyway, but I'm not sure that makes it right. I'm rather torn on the issue.
