Yes, if you quit before the contest ends, then its still yours. You can do anything with it, its still yours. :3
I will not be asking for anything unless it's an Auction, but your allowed to do anything if your an artist. (Charge for the design, auction it off, make it a custom, ect.)
Depending on what you count as profit, I would say yes. :3
Ordered customs (Unless its a friend and You don't want to charge them.) can range from any type of pet or item, and if you make that design, you get the payment. Its yours. No need to give it to me or any other user, for you made the custom. :3 Depending on what prize you get as well, you can be a Artist of the Winning Species or guest artist, which can still charge only if you entered in the contest here, even if you withdrawled. :3
