ravenkit slept between his mother and his sister, gingerkit

phoenixblaze sat by the lake closing his eyes as the wind ruffled his fur

Pitch looked at the three kits sleeping by the grey she-cat and couldn't help but pur. He looked at Pantherleaf, "Should they be moved to the nursery?"

Fleckedpelt looked up at the medicine cat, "Of course I knew I as expecting kits Pantherleaf! Pheonixblaze has no idea though. I was going to tell him before, but I didn't want him to worry himself into a pointless panic."
Sunkit flailed around a bit, as if trying to hit something with her tiny new paws. But she settled down after a minute or two and pressed herself to her mother for warmth.
Gingerkit stayed where she was and moved her head around scenting the air in search of something. When she found her brother, Ravenkit, she relaxed and rested her head on the black tom's back before falling asleep.

"why didn't you make a nest in the nursury then? or at least tell me" pantherleaf mewed "oh well its over and done. we'll move you into the nursery in a couple of days" pantherleaf said awnsering pitchs question

Pitch nodded and smiled at the queen and the kits sleeping by her. He rememberd laying by his mother and littermates when he was a kit too a long time ago. He rolled his eyes and licked a paw to draw it over an ear.

Fleckedpelt nodded and nuzzled the three kits, before resting her head on her paws. "Thaks Pantherleaf.", she mewed.

Red claw curled up alone. No friends, no mate, no kits. Just a single dark ginger tabby tom.

Sweetkit creeps up behind Redclaw and jumps at him.
