Damon



He is a sweet heart once he gets to know and trust you, though he does have a little trouble trusting others not of his kind. He is a daydreamer and a star gazer, he will lay upon his back in the cool grass to look upon the night sky he loves so much. He's adventurous and likes to exsploreand travel to new places when he can, he's also loyal, quite compassionate and playful.




Once day Damon was wondering through a forest enjoying the breeze that came through the trees, a smile came to him maw and his tail swayed behind him. "What a glorious fall day." he said to himself softly. His ears twitched as he listened to the leaves crunch beneath his paws and rustle in the breeze. He stopped in his tracks when something caught his eye, a butterfly was fluttering along just a few feet away from him, a smile crossed his maw as he crouched down to stalk it. He crept forwards and pounced, but the butterfly fluttered just out of his reach and he laughed as he landed back upon the ground. "Missed again." he chuckled. His laughter stopped quickly with a shot rang through the forest, he froze and his fur stood on end. "Two-leggers." he growled. His eyes scanned the area around him and saw nothing but a few birds in the sky. What are they doing here? was o e of the thoughts that ran through his mind, he was nervous but not afraid till a bullet landed near his paw. He jumped and ran for cover in a thick bush, he scannedfor the two-legged that shot at him."Where are you, you bag of bones?" he whispered. Then he saw him when he heard a females voice cry out. "Daddy no!" the girl cried. Damon's head tilted in curiosity as he watched. "Daddy don't shoot it, it didn't do anything." the girl cried. "Hush Esme!" the male spoke harshly. Esme began to cry as she looked up at the male and grabbed his arm. "But dad....." she was cut off when she was shoved to the side. The male aimed his gun at the bush Damon hid in. "No daddy!" Esme cried, as she shoved the gun upwards as the male pulled the trigger. Damon watched in shock at the females actions, the male then turned and slapped Esme across the face. "Don't you ever do that again!" he yelled, as Esme fell to the ground holding her cheek. Tears streamed down her face, then she got up and glared at the male. "You're a horrible person!" she cried. "I hope you get what's coming to you!" she yelled then ran past Damons bush and into the thick trees. "Esme! Esme!" the male called after, but she couldn't hear him over her crying.

Damon sat there his eyes wide and his mouth hung open, never had he seen such a thing in his life. The girl called Esme had saves his life and she didn't even know him. -Could I have been wrong about all humans being evil?- he thought to himself. After a moment, he closed his mouth and the male had gone, where he couldn't be sure of. Damon crwled out of the bush and looked around a moment, thinking about what he should do,his thoughts kept going back to Esme. The girl really seemed to care about Wistens, but how could that be possible? It really made him think hard, perhaps he should find her and see what she was doing. He then made his way in the direction the girl had gone, it took him some time but he finally found her. She was still crying, she was under a tree with her knees up to her chest and her arms crossed over her knees, and her head burried in her arms. He silently stepped closer to her, his steps were soft and careful as he got closer to her. "Are you alright?" he asked softly. Esmes' head popped up and her eyes went wide at the sight of Damon being so close to her, she backed away from him a little. "I'm fine." she said in a small voice. He sat and looked at her for a moment, a smile came to his muzzle. "I just wanted to thank you for saving me back there." he spoke in a kind tone. "You're very welcome." Esme said with a bright smile. "I couldn't let me step-father harm you in any way. You had done nothing wrong." she told him. She then brushed a little hair out of her face as she watched him looking back at her. "I can't help but wonder why you came up and talked to me. Doesn't your kind normally avoid humans?" she asked him. Damon smiled at Esme and noded to her second question. "Yes, we normally do stay away from your kind, but I saw something different in you." he told her. "I see that you want to help us, not hunt us or cage us. You want to befreind us and keep us safe." he told her. She nodded to what Damon said with a small smile.

Damon went silent for a long moment and Esme was quiet as well, they both seemed to be thinking about something. He then spoke after a long moment of silence. "Esme?" he started. "Would you mind if I stayed with you?" he asked, his ears going back a bit. Esme couldn't help but smile at Damons' question and she nodded. "I would love it if you stayed with me." she said happily. "I don't really have any friends, and I don't see myself going back home to my step-father." she told him. Damon walked up to her and placed a paw upon her knee and smiled up at her. "Then we shall find a new place together. My name is Damon." he said in a cheery tone to lighen her mood. "It's a pleasure to meet you Damon." she said taking his paw and shaking it gently. "I only hope that my step-father doesn't come looking for you." she said softly. She then placed her hand on his head and scratched it. "Then we'll just have to go somewhere that he'll never think of looking for you." he smiled warmly. Esme smiled back at him and scratched his head a bit more. "I guess you're right about that." she said with a small laugh. "When do you want to start our search?" she asked him. Damon thought for a moment then his tail swayed abit behind him. "How about after something to eat?" he laughed. She nodded as she slowly stood to her feet, and then together the two set off to find something to eat for themselves. After finding something they liked and had their fill they set off on their journey to find a new home together.

Something like that. And I'm sorry our time zones are so different, but I won't be staying up late at night to release a litter just for you, I'll be glad to try and give you a heads up so you can know when to try and be on? c;

Sorry for my absence, everyone, I've been so busy this week. Working my horse on barrels, academic meets, basketball practice, and then there's the matter of my homework, and it seems as though my math teacher has a tendency to give us homework.... Every day! -_- Anyways, heres the codes:
