does it have to have a long bushy tail on the character, and does if have to be full dog, or could it be mixed with another animal?

and can i use easy paint tool sai instead of CS's oekaki. xD

You can use SAI lol. I am very open to individual interpretations - I DO like Long fluffy tails, but wolf tails are nice as well. And I don't mind mixed species!
