If you read the main page it says:

There are many different ways of getting a foal ^^
There is your regular traditional breeding, and there is a more involved scientific way >:3

*NEW* - Mares can only have 4 foals-

Traditonal breeding must be between a mare and a stallion.
-----Cost-2 wl pets-

Stem Cell breeding can be between any two horses whether that be mare x mare or stallion x stallion ^^
-----Cost-3 wl pets

The way to get your breeding request filled is to wait for breeding slots to open, and fufill the payment set up for that opening 

You Must! get permission from both owners to breed their DAM's if you a coming from a thrid-party especially.
Have them pm me saying " __your_name__ has my permission to breed my _Parent_1__ to _Parent_2__ ".
The person paying will get the foal, Unless specified otherwise.

any one have a mare they want to breed to Maz's thantos?? she's allowing me to breed him with someones mare to let me keep the foal...i hope someone's willing to breed their stally/mare with him to let me have the foal :'< it'd be very kind XD
