I noticed that some people are putting JBDs up for adoption in which they didn't get permission from the owner; that is not allowed. Even if they seem not to be taking care of them, it is theirs and we cannot take them away. The only reason why some JBDs where taken away from their owners was because they broke rules.

Hiccup hasn't placed down any rules regarding JBDs being revoked due to inactive owners, so until Hiccup says something on the matter it will not be done.

i was just stating cunfussed a few pages back i read about re adoption i just don't clearly understand if hes talking about those or what.
I know theres non on this lineart until the new one you can pm me so we don't flood this maybe im just missing something here.
