Would the lines work on PSE?

I have never used PSE, so I don't know for sure, but if PSE can have foldered layers and clipped layers, then yes, it can. However I have heard that PSE can't have foldered layers, so I am going to guess that it won't work, sorry :<

I don't think it can have foldered layers :c But how are the lines made up? (because I may be able to find a different way to make them work)

Just want to be sure so I know if it's a good idea to try out for artist spots c:

I suppose you could try and make it work without folders, but I can't guarantee anything. You would also have to find a way to save them without folders, but with all layers separate as a .psd file so that if someone orders an item or a potion, I can easily add it.

I could probably make it work, but it would take a bit to get set up. I'd need pictures of each layer, and I could set it up and save my own base. So I'll probably try out sometime soon c: Thanks and sorry for the trouble ^^

If you like TBB, I may be able to convert the foldered layers to PSE layers, as I know a couple of programs that I can make work with them, then convert them. I have PSE myself, so if I do become an artist, I could still use it, and if I don't I can always just delete them. Plus I'm free the next couple of days with absolutely nothing to do. XD

@flyteck - No problem, I can see if I can unfolder them for you if you like later on if you become an artist ^^
@Son - As I haven't chosen any artists yet, I will not be giving out the .psd until I know who the artists are, and I will not be giving out the .psd to anyone who is not an artist. This is for safety, as I do not want anyone to just take the .psd and make their own adoptables with it, or just color it for themselves.

To anyone who asks, I will not be giving out the .psd. The only time I will give it to you is if you are chosen to be an artist. Sorry, but I don't want 3295729 people asking for it because I gave it to someone who was not an artist.

Finished with the unfoldered version of the .psd, it should be workable in PSE. However there will have to be a special coloring procedure to make sure that it comes out looking the same as the other adoptables, which I will outline with the new artists.

• Why would you like to be a moderator?
  Well, there are several reasons why I'd love to be a moderator honestly, mainly because I adore this species and the thought of getting officially involved sounds....phenomenal ^^ I also love the whole aspect of being a mod. Helping people really appeals to me, and the fact that modding tends to help you get introduced and start talking with a bunch of new people is a huge plus too <3 Besides that I know -from experience- that it also builds a great sense of community with the people who are staff alongside you.
  So there are a ton of reasons why I'd love to be a mod here honestly <3
  
  
• How do you think you will be able to help?
  Well, I can easily answer questions in a friendly and kind manner. I also can deal with rule breakers fairly well without causing too much of a stir. So really I like to think that I can help you in pretty much any way you'd need :3
  
  
• How often will you be able to come on and help?
  Pretty much every day for at least three or so hours. With schoolwork variations that may vary either way by an hour or two.
  
  
• Have you ever modded somewhere before, or have had any moderator experience?
  Oh yeah, tons of experience ^^ If you'd like I can link to the adoptables I'm currently modding, but to simply list them, they would be:
