I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. Do you mean if you give back two characters you're not using, do you regain the slots those two characters took?

I'm going to say yes, but to discourage character dumping because you want a donation with a name attached, you would have to wait one round per abandoned character (in your case, you'd have to sit out for two rounds for two abandoned characters.) After all, you should only be adopting what you plan on using since other people would have liked to have that character you're abandoning.

First you read the info on the first page. Then you wait untill this weeks round start which might take a few days. Then you submit a form for the character you want. After that you wait a week untill the forms are collected and judged and the winner is anounced. There's often a lot of competition, so it's kind of exiting to see who wins each character^^.

I wanted to use them but then I couldn't and now I have no use, next round because I really wnat to get this smili!
