The banner contest was back open? //oblivious.

During her livestream Horsy mentioned the contest and a few people facepalmed and remembered they had forgotten to enter. So she said we could submit our old entries if we still wanted to enter.
It wasn't open for new submissions, just ones that were completed but never entered.
