The lineart for these is gorgeous. Do you allow them to be made into complete characters, and to be taken off-site? Or do they have to stay on CS?

yeah they are, as you say, "complete characters" but their story stays the same, they can't be taken out of the desert, no body modifications, .. and what not.

As far as the species is credited to Neara and so on especially when people ask I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed elsewhere.. I upload mine to deviantART (as Neara knows haha)
