Instead of having everyone else wait, maybe instead of that, there could be the occasional JBD that can only be adopted by someone who doesn't have one yet? (: Seems like a better option than not allowing people who have them to adopt anymore. There is a limit of four per person to help out with that.

I'd also like to put in that some artists DO post JBD's that have extra marks for those who don't have JBDs yet. Don't complain. And no, we can't wait for everyone to get at least one JBD, because there are so many people that want one and don't have any. And yes, most of the people won their JBDs fair and square, and comments like these make them feel guilty for it, so lets stop the convo.
