I think adoption? Usually she says "donations are being collected" when that happens X3

Adoption forms - donations technically aren't open yet. ;3 All the forms for adoption are now collected and being evaluated. ^^

When the winners arrive and replace the previous week's winners, the previous week's donations are taken down and replaced with a message like that.

So right now it's just adoption.

I need to make a "sorting through donations" image for the front page.
