I'm extremely impressed Spare, mostly because you guessed why Phlegons don't have any black markings or solid coats, but also for all the other things. I had seen that you had posted first, but deleted your post and then reposted But you were quick enough to delete it before anyone else posted so I won't penalize you for that XD

Anyway, I came up with it Soph, lol. Once the species is more popular, the max number of Phlegons owned will raise.
