on the customs do we have to have all of the pets listed in the link of the picture? for like just one custom or is it one of the pets in the pic? (does my question make sense? lol)

Yeah it does! No, Its says:
1 of these pets
2 of these pets
3 of these pets... That means you can give her three of the pets she listed in the picture of lower rarity, or you can save your three pets and give her one more rare pet... Did that make any sense?

EDIT: But customs are closed so you have to wait until it's opened c:

How ever many pets it says you need for that group. You only need pet(s) from one group. Not all 3. ^^
