'Nothing Renn, I was just leaving..' Vern says as she gets up. Stuck between two worlds. Blazes and Cinders. She screwed up her fur and climbed a tree. She sat in it and frowned.

Renn's ears pricked to the Harpy's call. She'd remembered the day her best friend had died from a harpy. But that rain cloud would come another day. She stepped on a small rock bed and saw the sun's dim reflection.Renn's head tilted.

Vern ingored the Harpy, thinking it was trying to catch a vole or something.. She sank back and screwed her fur up again, she frowned and sighed.

Renn looked across the lake and saw a large doe. She instinctively took to a large bush. She flattened, there really aren't any high-places where she was. She narrowed her eyes and stalked the deer in the high grasses.

Vern ears percked as she saw blood running down the stream. She gasped and jumped out of the tree, following it to Cinder. She gasped as she saw his cuts. 'Cinder, what happened?!' She barked quickly, trying to help his wounds.

[Xelinator]

Cinder lowered his gaze to the rocky floor. "There was a Harpy eagle in the forest. Let's just say it isn't there anymore." he murmured, placing paw on the large harpy eagle laying dead by his side. He coughed painfully, coughing his own blood and feathers.

Vern felt bad. 'Im sorry.' She said, sadly.

[Xelinator]

Cinder shook his ehad. "Not your fualt." he murmured gently.

(*Cough cough* Sound familiar? *Cough cough*)

Vern sighed. 'It should be.'

Cinder blinked slowly, then lifted his head up. "Vern, I just want you to know, I do really, really like you, and I know Blaze does to. I really want to tell you, so you know, that if you choose Blaze, I will forever respect your decision and, though I would be hurt, I would stal loyal to my pack and try to move on. You are not just any wolf, you are my Alpha, and I believe in whatever choices you make, not just ones about the pack, but also ones about things that are more personal to you. I will not be angry if you choose Blaze over me. Because it would be love for him. And love is a strong thing that I can't be angry with. So now you know that whatever choice you make when the time is right, I will understand your decision. I love you, and that is why I will respect you." he said boldly, feeling awkward at admitting his feelings openly.
