So, uh, just thought I'd throw this out here: Tab is open to the concept of one-night stands. He's fairly aged and whatnot, so I imagine he's proven by now that he's pretty good at surviving, which I guess might lead female smili to be attracted to him for his surviving genes? :P Heh, I dunno. He's not in it for a relationship, because one of his worst fears is dying and leaving survivors to grieve. But he also vaguely likes helping people, so any females who similarly don't really want a relationship (but who want cubs) could hit him up for genes for cublets.

Spotty, could you make his status "Open to the concept of one-night stands"? :3

(Frankly, I'd find him a lifemate if I could, but his character really dictates that he not get attached to anything that has a chance of surviving him and being sad about his passing. :/)

Not a problem Kheisa^^.
Mostly smili go for a "one-season stand" kind kind of thing, for breeding and all, and stay together untill the cubs are old enough to be separated from the mother. Would that work for your Tabor or is he not intrested in having cubs at all? Most smili female wouldn't pick a male that won't stick around to help with the little ones at least for a while.

But it sure would be good with a male for the ladies to fancy even if they aren't in for a long term relationship.

Pleek doesn't really like being completely single for a long period of time. He much prefers having his mate around ^^

Yeah, most smili prefere to have company, if its a mate, family or other tribe members. It probably makes life easier for them. Mostly they are pack animals anyway^^.

I may dislike most Felines, but Smili really speak to me. They have that defining look that makes they so...popular.

They aren't really felines, but mearly feliformia, so they are about as related to cats as they are to hyenas, mongooses, civets. I'm not a huge fan of cats myself I have to admitt, so that's why they aren't true cats.

He's really not interested in having cubs, but he wouldn't say no to any females that asked, so long as they didn't expect him to help for more than a few months (which would likely be, you know, late pregnancy/a couple months after) and didn't expect to form an emotional attachment to him.

It kinda sounds like stringent requirements, now that I read it again, but the first one is basically what you said- he'd help for a while- and the second one could easily be overlooked if the female just didn't make it clear she'd grown to like him. x3

Sound's cool Kheisa, and that'd be good enough for lots of smili ladys.

EDIT: I hope he finds an intrested female because I'd love to design cubs for him. His pattern is one of my favourites.
