As I am...Rubbish with introductions, lets get on with it, shall we?

Information about the species.

Dark dragons are normally about the size of a human when fully grown, however, they can be smaller or bigger. They tend to come out in the middle of the winter, at night-Even then, they are rarely seen, since they have dark colours, there are not many left and if they're feeling kind and the human is lucky, they simply brain wash whoever has saw them.-If they don't brain wash them, they tend to kill the human. They have an aura glowing around them, invisible to the naked human eye. They prey on night mares, fear, and anything negative. Their body shape depends on what type of dark dragon they are. They have large bat wings, and although they mainly stay on all fours, sometimes dark dragons stand on their hind legs. The colour of their orb-like eggs often show the colour that the dark dragon's aura will be, or what colour they themselves may be when grown. The average dark dragon lives for about two centuries. They mate for life, and produce up to 2 eggs.

Here, you can adopt your very own dark dragon. Before you read on, you must read these rules.

1. Do not claim these species as your own.
2. Don't change your dark dragon, such as add accesories, change colour of aura, etc.
Unless it is from the shop.
3. You cannot have more than 6 dark dragons.
4. Do not use off CS without my, (Or whoever made that dark dragon.) permission.
Even then you have to link it back here.
5. Do not use as your fursona or fursona's mate.
Using as characters is fine, though.
7. You cannot have a dark dragon if you are on my foes list.
8. There are no customs, and I doubt there will ever be.
9. No stealing another persons dark dragon(s).
Breaking ANY of these rules more than two times,
will result in your dark dragons being sent to the pound.

If you're an artist, you create new batches, and/or new dark dragon species.
You won't be payed in CS pets for now, as I am practically out of them. x_x
You do, however, get an unlimited amount of dark dragons,
Dark coins (DC), free 'customs' (In other words, you can make your own dark dragons and keep them.)

Here you can breed your dark dragons!

Yup, here you can breed your dark dragons.

It costs 5 DC, and you can do it with two of yours (Of the opposite gender.), or the other dark dragon could be someone elses! Remember dark dragons mate for life, so if you want them to breed again, make sure you're happy with who they're breeding with! Sometimes the breeding is not succesful, and at most you'll get 2 eggs. Dark dragons will have to like each other a certain amount to breed, though.

Here, you can get things for your dark dragon.

Aura potion-Changes the aura colour of one of your dark dragons. 300 DC.
Low Artist pass-Allows you to be a guest artist for one week. 50 DC
Normal Artist pass-Allows you to be a guest artist for one month.75 DC.
V.I.P Artist pass-Allows you to be a guest artist for two months. 100 DC.
U.I.P Artist pass-Allows you to be a guest artist for four months. 200 DC.
Holy water-Helps get rid of Dragon Flu and gets rid of Dragon Cough, but lowers their happiness slightly. 300 DC.
Tablets-After feeding to a dark dragon, will eventually get rid of Wing Rot. 50 DC.
Medicine-Helps get rid of various diseases.-100 DC.
Force field-Stops dark dragons from getting fatal Dragon Cancer on Halloween. Once you buy it, you get it forever.-1000 DC. (Well, of course it's expensive. It took scientists years to make them.)
Dark energy- Makes dark dragons happy and makes them full.-30 DC.
Cookies- Even dark dragons like cookies. Makes them happy and makes them less hungry.-3 DC.
Meat - Eases their hunger.-Free.
Water- Quenches their thirst.-Free.

Dark dragon species!

All species of dark dragons will be recorded here.

It has been found there is more than one type of dark dragon!

The problem is, you can only discover new ones by being very lucky. *Or becoming an artist*

A camel dark dragon!

Like the ones described in the first post, they have necks and heads similar to camels. But they also have long, snake-like bodies. They are very rare...

And camel dragons are limited. But you can no longer get them... -Sigh.-

Dolphin dark dragons!

These dark dragons actually dive into the deep sea and stay there for most of the day, or night, but they have a tail and a fin to swim. c: Like dolphins, they are mammals. They can't get any diseases and don't need to drink, and you can only get them from events.

They're ultra rare!

Dark Purple Wyverns!

Not much people see these as dark dragons, but they are. They only have 2 limbs. (If you do not include wings and tails.) They normally live in higher places, and most seem to live at the Gap Of Dunloe, in Ireland. However, they can be found in other places, such as mountain tops, rain forests and occasionaly on top of roof tops. (Made by deathclawforever.)

They're common.

Eastern Dark Dragons!

Again, not much people see these as dark dragons. They mainly seem to live in Eastern Asia, although they may be sighted at other places. Not much is known about them currently, but they do know one more fact-Eastern dark dragons have no wings, yet they can fly. (Made by deathclawforever.)

They're rare!

Mutations and diseases.

Here you can check if your dark dragon has a mutation or disease. Be careful, some are life threatening!

Dark dragons can now get diseases, but more will come soon.

Wing-rot.

Wing-rot is a disease caused by poor care. Symptoms are wings looking shorter than normal, flying less, not letting anyone or anything touch their wings and wings being ragged at the 'top'. It's slightly like fin-rot with gold fish.

The only known cure so far are special tablets you buy in the store, and put in their food. After doing that, try and make sure their needs are kept high. If not treated can lead to, eventually, death.

Dark dragons with wing-rot have wings that look somewhat like this.

Dragon Cough.

Dragon Cough is a disease...Caused by...

Well, no-one knows.


Symptoms are being quite snappy, running nose, coughing and sneezing A LOT, being quite tired and turning slightly red, and finding it harder to breathe.

The known cure is getting Holy water from the shop (Although they do not like it.), after that, trying to keep all their needs full.

If left untreated, can turn into Dragon Flu.

Dragon Flu.

Dragon Flu can be caused by Dragon Cough being left untreated.

Symptoms are being quite snappy, running nose, coughing and sneezing, being tired, turning slightly red and their auras turning duller.

The known cure is getting Holy Water from the shop and Medicine, after that, try keeping all their needs full.

If left untreated can turn into fatal dragon cancer.

DRAGON CANCER

Dragon cancer is a fatal disease-No dark dragon has survived it yet.

Symptoms are hard to come by-You can only see them if you look very closely-Their eyes will have tiny white dots in them. If you see these, all you can do is sit, cross your fingers and hope they'll survive.

Caused by leaving Dragon Flu untreated-

But if it's Halloween, they have a chance of catching it unless you get a force field from the shop.

Belly ache.

Nothing too bad, but makes the dark dragon stressed. Not life threatening at all, but best if you cure it-But it'll go over time.

Symptoms are your dark dragon becoming unhappy/stressed, and clutching their stomach with their claws.

Cures are medicine and being patient.

Head ache.

Same as belly ache really, but instead of clutching stomach with claws, clutching fore-head.

Cures are medicine and being patient.

Dragon pox.

Not life-threatening, happens to young dark dragons naturally. If they get it twice, like humans, it's 'worse', but can never be life threatening.
Symptoms are getting red spots and scratching themselves.

Cures are getting medicine and being patient.

Nameless mutation.

Nameless is a mutation with no name.

The effects are strange, but harmless.

Some dark dragons are born with it-

Dark dragons with nameless mutation, when a hatchling, looks like an adult. When adult, looks like a hatchling.
