Finished. ^^
Different layers:
BG (water) + shine
Lillies (color, lines, weins and shadow)
Wings (lines and color)
Base color
Coat patterns (4 different)
Eyes and nose (+ 3 different pupils)
Base shadow, shine
Base lines
Horns (color, lines and shadow)
Tongue and antenae (color, lines and shadow)
Different layers:

Aww, Cute. It's like a dragon(literally)fly puppy creature. I really like it.

It is between a dragon, wolf, fennec fox, cat and a few other things as well. I'm addicted to wings like these lately, so I threw in those too. X3
Also, horns, antenae, tongue and wings are removable, and it has 3 different pupils right now.
Do you have any colors you prefer?

blue is my favorite color, and bright colors hurt my eyes.
