Name You'd Choose for It:I love the name Pike for him. That image of him standing on top of rocks remind me of Pike's Peak, and I could certainly imagine this fella standing tall and proud atop a high mountain.
Gender:He really strikes me as a male, by all means. Although not even female dragons really seem very "feminine" to me, he just appears to be male in my eyes. XD
Reason You Want It:I absolutely love dragon characters, but I have difficulty finding any that I can afford and like the design of. I've made dragons on character creating games, but it just isn't the same as a drawn/colored one. I have certainly tried drawing some of my own, but my dragons always looking too much like canines, which I am most used to drawing. XP Pike here just caught my eye just as I saw him. I had been trying to choose between all of the lovely characters there, since I can only try for one per round, and the moment I spotted that handsome boy, well, I knew that he was the one.

Semper Fi:Pike is a brave and loyal friend and companion. The United States Marine Corps' motto, Semper Fidelis(which means "Always Faithful"), certainly fits him well. He will go to the ends of the earth to defend and fight for those he cares about, and won't ever leave a friend behind. He always takes it badly when he is betrayed somehow by one of his thought to be "friends", and tends to question the trueness of his remaining companions.
Grouchy:Pike tends to take most things quite seriously, except for the rare moments when he lets loose and decides to have some fun. Therefore, he can become somewhat tempermental if he feel someone else is acting ridiculous or irresponsible. He can be a bit snappy and snarl aggressively at another if they do something he feels isn't appropriate for the situation.

History, Other:[b] Rhea scratched at the clear passageway, before dropping back down to her paws. She heaved over onto her side. He swollen belly ached. She couldn't give up. She was dizzy from lack of water for over a day, but she had to get out. Rhea worked more on digging the hole under the chain link fence. She could almost fit. If only she was as small as she used to be. She pushed harder, squeezing herself through. She clawed and clawed fighting to get through. She opened her eyes when she realized she was no longer in the small dirt enclosure. She drew in a big breath, plopping onto her side. She closed her eyes, and drifted off to sleep.

Rhea opened her eyes to the dawn light, and carefully stood up. She instinctively wandered into the forest, in search of food and water. She had her nose to the air, when she realized she wasn't alone. There were two other dogs in the distance, and Rhea froze, unable to move. She made a run for it as the dogs spotted her, and began a chase. Being pregnant, Rhea quickly tiered, but tried to push on. The other gods stopped her, and spoke.
"We're not here to harm you. We're here to help." The smaller dog spoke, obviously younger.
"How can I trust you?" Rhea breathed heavily.
"We were once abandoned too. We then became part of a pack. I know they'de take yo in. It's the only way you could keep you'r child safe." The older dog reassured her. Rhea felt calm, and believed them.
She was taken to a series of caves, behind a waterfall. Here she gave birth to a beautiful boy, and named him Alf.

Reason You Want It: My little sister has been searching for a charrie, but she's COPPA'd and cannot post. I thought I'd try and find her one, and this sweetie looked perfect! And if my sister doens't like her, well I might just keep her myself! (of course I will! She looks like she'd do well with my fursona, too!)
History/Background/Other: When Felicity was a little pup, she always dreamed of being an artist, yes she was a wolf, and she knew it would be hard, but still she dreamed. One day, she began to arrange acorns, sticks, anything she could find, into art. A nice person came across her making this art, and took her home, where she looked for art everywhere.
