Unless you have a T.O.S he can not have a normal wolf as a mate. T.O.S can only be mates with other T.O.S and can only mate with other T.O.S.

This is the current T.O.S. adoption for them, you have to fill out a form also there are two left so apply for on or bolth if you wish but you can only own four of the T.O.S. wolves. viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1312717
