I wonder when the Guest Artist slots are going to open. It says Wednesday but where I am it is Friday now..

Uh I have a question... On the first page on the GA thing it says if you get to be GA and you do not own a JBD then you can make one for yourself. It's ONLY one right? You can't keep both right?

You are correct. You may only keep one then you must adopt the other out. This is only if you have yet to own a jbd though and get a GA.
