Bells jingle as a dusty caravan approaches. Murmurs and whispers can be heard above the breeze and people gather. They've come from far and wide, awaiting the wares from this caravan.

But much to your surprise, as the dust settles, you realize that the components of this caravan are not humans or camels, but small, rodent-like creatures - chinchillas! Before you can wonder what in the world chinchillas are doing crossing the deserts, you start to notice their cute faces and the designs on their fur and realize these are no ordinary creatures.

People have started to line up, and you see some walking away smiling as they carry their own chinchilla. You quickly decide to go closer and see what all the fuss is about.

Origin
This is the Llafaran chinchilla. As their name suggests, the breed originated in the deserts of Llafar. They are very different from the real breed of chinchillas, as they are much fluffier, fatter, and softer. In fact, it is rumored that these creatures are not actually chinchillas at all, but a completely new species. (When they were discovered, some pea-brain called them chinchillas because that's what they resembled, so that's what they are called to this day.)
Size
The sizes of these creatures vary from about 3-6 inches tall, and about that wide xD.
Growth
Chinchillas of Llafar start out inside a small, round, pearl-like shell. These are very fragile and are normally placed on a plushy pillow or rug or some sort to keep them safe. After a growing process of a few weeks, the shell will shatter and a chinchilla will emerge. After this it will take a few weeks until the chinchilla reaches its full size.
How to Adopt
The chinchillas love to travel and find humans, so your chances are great that their caravan will come near you someday! When it does, you will have several different venues to adopt your own.
Free adoptions are one of the easiest ways to adopt. The free adopts chinchillas will come in litters, and the quickest people to post a form for them will receive one. Auctions and store chinchillas will be for those who don't quite have fast enough fingers to get free chinchillas, but have the means to pay for special ones. The chinchillas here will be rare and more special than the free adopts. Finally, customs are for those who want a chinchilla design made specifically for them. These will be available only to those who are willing to pay well for it.

Adoption Rules:
1. You may only adopt 1 chinchilla per litter, and you may only adopt once per day.
2. Don't post your forms before I say go.
3. Your forms must be perfect to successfully adopt a chinchilla.
4. You can't edit your form. If you mess up on something, quickly post a new form before someone else gets it!
5. No negativity. If you miss one, you missed one. There'll be more litters :D
