I'm enterring ith a pen picture, I made a creature, a otter-cat-thing miz with dragon fins and a fish tail.

It has webbed feet like a otter, and has a broad tail like a fish. Also, dragon horns and a cute set of eyes.

I can color it in, if you like. but this is raw material, there is no undo button.
