You should be reviewing the contest rules before starting one on this site; no one is being mean to you. You chose to broke the rules, and by doing so upset a lot of people. People enter art contests with the hope of being able to win the prizes you offered. Cancelling it means their hard work was for nothing, and offering completely different prizes defeats the purpose.

Thank you for sending the correct prizes. If everyone who placed could post here letting us know they've accepted it that would be just dandy.

They offered me part of the "best over all" prize for both of my charries. They didn't explain whether I had placed, or whether they were trying to buy them though. I was really confused over this, and now they have canceled the whole thing saying that I can just keep them.

I am so ridiculously confused its not even funny.
