Yes, but Hiccup usually deletes the old artists and then posts to tell us the slots are open.
Please do not post forms until then.

If we get a guest arist slot for someone else, can we enter aswell? Like say if i posted a form for someone else and then after i posted their form, i post mine?

Not sure about posting for yourself AND someone else but I feel it would be a bit unfair.
On another note, it does say that you could try to get a slot for someone else on the first page.

You can if you were a guest artist more than a week ago. It says that you can apply again but Hiccup doesn't want the same person to be a guest artist for two consecutive weeks.

The guest artist slots don't work that way. They are disabled until further notice, like Hiccup said.

I'm trying out for JBD #257, but I hardly have any chance. It's so pretty, and I can't draw as good as many other people, so my art kinda sucks. I want her so bad, but I won't get her as my first JBD. ;~;

You can look on art shops and request some art, use your creativity skills, everyone has a shot, and no-one has anymore of a chance than you do, so go for it!

No offence guys, but slots have been open for HOURS and HOURS now. I think that posting forms so late after they've open, and after HEAPs of pages of forms, that it's kinda spammy.

No, they're is no customs unless you become a guest artist. And rules on the front page state not to whine that you didn't get one. Better luck next time.

Guys, If you are SORRY for being a min-mod, then WHY do it? Hiccup has appointed a very qualified set of Mods and doesn't need any more help. Let the mods do their jobs. It's not just Zafiro that's mini-modding. Even I have mini-modded on this thread before, and I'm telling you guys it needs to stop. The mods are the mods for a reason, and they are quite good at it, too, so let them handle it.

Anyway, we all need to stop spamming. Take it to the FC or don't post at all.
