oh I didn't know you could add such an effect in chibi paint! how did you do that? xD (I love such effects)

them saved anywhere I don't mind them being used, but under the same rules:
Only take credit for your editing, and do not use it to gain anything of real or virtual values(=do not sell it)

you click on effects then go to the bottom selection and chose one of the choises there esch one is a little different
