No, it's not rares list. Just an '09 Very Rare. I wasn't sure if you were taking non rares list suggestions at all. ^^;

At any rate, it's the Light brown spotted V-day '09 2nd gen (long name ._.). If you can't/don't want to make one that's completely understandable. It's just so hard to find art of them and they're one of my favorite pets on CS. xD
