I have a new character.
But he's very very special.

His real name is Christopher Barley, Clint is his nickname in the military and to his friends. He calls himself Clint as well. The dog's name is Ratchet.
He's from a story I'm writing. ovo
Here's the basis of the story, if anyone's curious;
The year is 2100.
Much has changed in the world. Countries are not nearly as powerful as they once were, and everyone seems to have some sort of debt to pay off. The United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland, and England, have merged into a single, massive country, Eurano. The name itself has no meaning, the countries that made up the UK came together only because of the dying economies around them. Eurano is the only place that remains strong in this struggling world. And everyone wants to be there.
Meanwhile, in the United States, the entire West Coast has suffered mighty drought, from California to Colorado, the USA is slowly turning into deserts. Hundreds of thousands of people do their best to move away, living in small villages. Government in the Western States is nonexistent; The only form of law and order that remains is in the self-appointed "sheriffs" of the ramshack towns, who keep crime at bay. In this United States, criminal acts are abundant, as people try to steal for the slowly dying amount of food, and the dwindling water.
All of them are fighting to move away from the west, to the northeastern states. While the west has been falling apart, losing every form of humanity once spread across it, the northeast has remained controlled and in power. The government has moved their base of operations to New York, after repeated bombings in Washington DC. There is no president any longer. Instead, a group of voted representatives from the twenty-two states hold all the power, and make country decisions in votes and group meetings.
How this has all happened, few know. It is thought that humans did not know truly how to handle their power in the world, and that this is the result. Resources are disappearing quickly. Countries invade and attack each other constantly. Soldiers are all over the streets, beside homeless or starving people. Border wars are going around the clock.

Woo! I was trying to draw the Egyptian Goddess Bastet without using a reference picture. It didn't end up looking anything like her so I put some more designs on her and made her a furry/anthro character. She's up for free adoption for you guys~!
